What version of Selenium does Ranorex support? There's some Selenium 4 features I'd love to work with but it doesn't seem like I'm able to.

Hi,

I'm afraid, Selenium Grid 4 is not supported yet. We discussed it some time ago:

Hi,

I'm afraid these two things are connected :D Selenium Grid 4 is based of Selenium 4, which has been released along that time too. And no, there is no Selenium 4 support integrated in Ranorex 10.x yet.

I just mean what version of Selenium Ranorex uses to create tests. I know it's not 4, but is it 3.141.59? Just trying to see what selenium options I'm able to use in code modules. :)

Hi,

Honestly, I don't have a clue what is the exact version supported by Ranorex. But I believe that it should be safe to use anything below 4.0. I posted a question about Selenium version to Ranorex team, so I will keep you informed.

That's what I thought as well. Would be great if they were able to support 4 this year. :D So many new features I want to try.
