Re: Upgrade Ranorex 8.1 to Ranorex 9.5.1
Hi,
Is it an error from local or remote execution of test? Also, please make sure there are installed all system pre-requisities, namely .NET 4.6.2. It should be installed by default by Ranorex, but as far as I remember, some machines required also .Net 4.6.2 SDK, which is not a part of Ranorex setup, so get this one from MS web. In case of remote execution, don't forget to update remote agents on target machines as well!

Re: Upgrade Ranorex 8.1 to Ranorex 9.5.1
OK,
Could you please try to build a fresh new solution? Does it work? If so, is there something special about failing solution, like references from other projects, added Ranorex automation helpers and so on?

Hi,
What happens if you try to build a fresh new solution? I guess it will work?
Anyway, it does not appear to be a Ranorex problem, but rather a MS Build issue? Please follow the steps suggested in this post:
