Excel opens for a couple of second in Manage Data Sources window

Hi all,
I have faced with the following issue:

Excel file with data opens for a couple of seconds when selecting ExcelDataConnector row in Manage Data Sources dialog

Also it occurs when running tests, so Excel opens and closes during test execution

Any ideas if it is expected behavior? If yes, can it be disabled?

Hi,

Honestly, I've never experienced such behavior. What version of Excel are you using? Is it happening on each machine? And finally, what version of Ranorex are you using?

1. I'm using Excel 2019
2. It happens on at least 3 different machines with Windows 10 pro version
3. Ranorex version 10.0.0. Also it was happening on Ranorex 9.3.4
